Summarize and/or paraphrase information from the sources used and support the statements made with properly formatted APA citations

Policy advocates must understand the analysis process. Considering your project proposal, identify the factors that led to the problem. Briefly discuss potential solutions and how an advocate may move forward with this issue.
Project Proposal: Reducing the number of children and adolescents in foster care and supporting foster youth transitioning to adulthood
MUST include a minimum of two scholarly sources.
Discussions MUST contain APA style references from any sources used including the textbook (this means an in-text citation and a full citation at the end of the discussion)
Summarize and/or paraphrase information from the sources used and support the statements made with properly formatted APA citations
Do not use direct quotes in the discussions or simply restate exactly is the textbook (or any other source)
Two or three good paragraphs will be necessary to address the questions (discussions should be a minimum of 350 words)
