School Based Needs Assessment

You are an administrator at a local school district. Your superintendent has asked you to create a school based needs assessment (survey) that will be given to every principal of the four schools in the district. You will create a 20 question assessment using the Likert Scale Model. Your assessment should include questions or responses that relate to student behavior, teacher accountability, counseling services, and/or rigor of curriculum.
