Leadership Self analysis report

By the end of the course, you will have received several leadership survey feedback reports. Drawing on these reports, you are asked to write a short 2-3 page paper on your leadership strengths, weaknesses, style and your leadership development aspirations. Questions to guide your analysis are given below:
1. Where are you now? What are you current leadership strengths and weaknesses? Be specific and draw on your feedback from leadership ethics, attributes and traits.
2. What are you leadership aspirations for the next 3-5 years? What are your developmental gaps (i.e., a gap between where you are now and where you want to go)?
3. How have your reports and theories from the class helped you to understand yourself as a leader?
